Meet The Centered Leadership Team
Frauke Schorr, Ph.D. is Founder and Director of the Centered Leadership Institute; a San Francisco Bay Area based training and consulting company. Over the last 10 years, Frauke has trained and coached thousands of professionals on high performance skills internationally and in the USA. She has worked with large-sized companies such as Conoco Phillips, Bayer Healthcare, SGL Group, Legal Shield, and Shire Pharmaceuticals, mid-sized, and high-potential start-ups.
Frauke regularly speaks about her ongoing research on the “Mindsets of Successful Entrepreneurs and Leaders”, a study that evolved from her Ph.D. research. It disseminates the success structures of highly accomplished leaders and entrepreneurs. Seminars at Centered Leadership Institute are based on the insights of this research, NLP communication techniques, and newest insights from organizational psychology.

Frauke holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, is a certified NLP Coach and Trainer, and Language and Behavior Consultant. She currently serves on board of the National Speakers Association, Northern California Chapter.
Xavier Lee draws from a rich global leadership experience, having worked and lived in San Francisco, New York, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Mr. Lee has worked with Fortune 100 companies such as American Express – where he developed new market strategies for both US and International markets, Cigna – as VP of Strategic Marketing where he managed diverse groups such as the Strategic Marketing team, New Product Development, and Internet Business Group. He specializes in building high performance teams.
Xavier holds an MBA from Cornell University where he was awarded the prestigious Park Leadership Fellow, and a BA in International Relations from University of California Davis where he was also awarded the Army ROTC scholarship. He is also a NLP Master Trainer and Executive Coach, certified by NLP University. Xavier works as performance consultant and trainer at the Centered Leadership Institute.

Daniel Charleton-Guitteaud is a strategic and management consultant, helping small and medium enterprises develop personal and group excellence. He supports them in defining their vision and implement strategies in complex and highly competitive environments.
Based in Martinique and France, Daniel works with CEO’s and leaders in different cultural contexts. He routinely leads international projects and delivers programs on business, health, and customer service in countries including France, Denmark, Greece, Solvenia, and Spain as well as the French Caribbean Islands.
Daniel has been teaching organizational management at Université des Antilles et de la Guyane (UAG) and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) for over a decade.
